The performance of all staff is reviewed twice annually and through a programme of one-on-one mentoring and coaching, employees are provided with personalised career planning and development. Geared to meet both the individual’s career aspirations, and the business need, Altis delivers structured training courses in consulting skills, leadership skills, presentation skills and dimensional modeling, as well as a programme of internally and externally delivered technical courses.
