Altis Consulting have developed a Project Delivery Framework (see graphic below) that is based on best practice methodologies and over 10 years of experience in delivering successful Information Management projects.

Some of the key objectives of the framework include:
The Altis Project Delivery Framework also leverages best practice project
management processes by applying relevant project management techniques
prescribed in the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK.
A typical project structure would include an Altis Project Manager whose
key responsibility is to manage the project as per the project management
processes prescribed in the Project Delivery Framework.
