Change Management is a key component for business adoption of Business Intelligence programs. To that end, Altis provides three types of training to assist in your project's success.

First, we have an exclusive partnership with the Kimball Group to deliver their Data Warehouse education courses. Currently we have Ralph Kimball and his colleagues in Australia/New Zealand twice a year to deliver the following courses.

Second, we deliver our own prepared material either as a stand alone course or as part of our Project Delivery Framework to commence projects. In addition we are providing the material and instructors for courses at the Australian National University. The objective of our material is to provide a common vocabulary for both IT and Business team members within an organization. Current courses are:

• Data Warehouse 101 (2-3 hours)
• Information Management Essentials (12-14 hours)

Lastly, we provide trainers on behalf of software partners including Cognos and Hyperion.
